While every appointment is unique. The average appointment is an hour long with the possibility of an hour and 15 minutes because of additional questions. 

Yes, please don’t eat 2 hours before your appointment and know or have a list of any medications or supplements you currently take on a daily basis. 

Payment is remitted during the booking of an appointment process which begins on the Services page. Please make sure you are familiar with the 48-hour cancellation policy.  

There is no minimum age. Parental consent and presence are required for anyone under 18 years old. 

Each therapy is unique so results can vary depending on the therapy, condition addressed and the individual. Most people leave feeling relaxed and pain free. It takes 3 days typically to feel the full results. Specific recommendations may also be given to help you maintain your energetic balance. 

Frequency is completely individual. Most people come monthly and gradually transition to once a quarter or when needed. It takes a few initial sessions to balance and educate you on how to maintain your balanced state.

After a session (excluding the Energetic Health Assessment) it is recommended to avoid excess stimulation, drink warm or room temperature water, have a light meal if hungry and most importantly rest and allow your physical and energetic bodies to integrate the deep nourishing work. Specific recommendations are also given depending on individual needs.
